We automate the repetitive work that runs your business.

Every business has high-volume work that is still done by hand: entering, checking, researching and reconciling. Our team maps it, builds the automation to handle it, and keeps it running for you as your business changes. Each task costs less to complete, you can take on more volume without growing the operation, and your people spend their time on the work that needs them.

What we take on

We start with high-volume work that is done by hand.

Each project takes one process end to end. These are the kinds of work where the savings show up fastest.

Here is one record going through it. Every step is tailored to your data, your sources and your rules.

Who it is for

It works for your budget and for your team.

The people who approve the project and the people who do the work each get something they can point to.

For leadership

Lower operating costs you can measure

  • Cost per task measured against the baseline we take before we build anything.
  • Volume can grow without your operating costs growing at the same rate.
  • Costs are predictable, with spending limits agreed up front.
  • Consistent output that does not depend on who happened to handle the work.
For your team

Less of the work nobody wants to do

  • The copying, reformatting and lookups are handled for them.
  • They review the exceptions and make the calls that need judgment.
  • Data arrives complete and ready to use, so less of the day goes on fixing it.
  • They can see every step it took and step in at any point.
How an engagement works

Every project follows the same five steps.

You always know what we are doing, what you will have at the end of it, and what you need to decide next.

01

Discovery

We study the process as it runs today, from what comes in to what goes out, and measure what each task costs you in time and money.

You get

A map of the process, a cost baseline, and a shortlist of what to automate first

02

Proposal

We write down the scope, the savings we are aiming for, how we will measure them, and the price.

You get

A statement of work you can review and sign

03

Build

We build it against your real systems and test it on your own historical data before anything goes live.

You get

A working system you can watch, with a check-in every week

04

Launch

It works beside the current process first, with a person reviewing results, and takes on more volume as the accuracy holds up.

You get

Accuracy, throughput and cost per task measured on your real work

05

Support

We keep it healthy as your business changes, and then we start on the next process on the list.

You get

Ongoing support and a roadmap for what comes next

What you can count on

These hold for every engagement.

You own what we build

The process design, the rules and your data are yours, and we document everything we build so nothing is a black box.

Your data stays yours

We do not train models on your content, and we require the providers we use not to either.

A fixed scope for every project

You know what you are getting and what it costs before we start. New ideas become the next project.

You see the savings in your own numbers

We report cost per task against the baseline from discovery, and you can see what every task cost to complete.

People decide where it matters

We agree where a person signs off, and the automation stops and asks there every time.

You work with the people doing the build

The team you meet in discovery is the team that builds your solution. Nothing gets passed to a subcontractor.

Questions

Here is what people usually ask us first.

Do we need our own engineers?

No. We do the build. It helps to have one point of contact on your side who can answer questions and arrange access to your systems. If you do have engineers, we are happy to work with them and walk them through everything we build.

What happens to the people doing this work today?

That is your call, and we plan the rollout with you. Most teams move their people onto the exceptions, the quality checks and the decisions that need judgment, and use the capacity they get back to take on more volume. The automation starts beside the existing process and takes on work gradually, so nothing changes overnight.

How soon will we see the savings?

The proposal sets the targets, and we start measuring against your baseline as soon as the automation is handling real volume. Savings grow as it takes on more of the work, and you decide how fast that happens.

Which systems can you connect to?

Anything with an API, a webhook, a database, a file drop or an inbox. That covers most CRMs, warehouses and back-office tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Postgres, Amazon S3 or Google Drive. If you are unsure about one, ask us.

What happens when the automation gets something wrong?

Every result is checked against rules we agree with you, and anything that fails a check or falls below your confidence level goes to a person rather than into your systems. We track those cases and use them to improve the process.

How do you handle security and confidentiality?

The automation gets access to only the systems and data it needs. We will sign your NDA and work through your security review before we touch any data.

How is it priced?

We price each engagement individually, based on the scope of the work and what ongoing operations and maintenance will look like. The proposal sets out the full cost before we start, so you can compare it with what the work costs you today.
